This Return Policy explains our procedures and guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our goal is to make the return process as straightforward and stress-free as possible while maintaining fair practices for all customers.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased directly through Voglynarjroz. Products purchased through third-party retailers may be subject to different return policies. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether your purchase qualifies under this policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items must not have been exposed to weather elements if delivered protected

Certain items may have additional return restrictions due to their nature or customization. Custom-made items, special orders, and personalized products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please confirm return eligibility before placing orders for custom items.

Items that have been assembled by the customer may be subject to inspection before a return is approved. If assembly instructions were not followed properly or if damage occurred during customer assembly, the return may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances except where prohibited by law:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered furniture pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, assembled incorrectly, or show signs of wear
  • Cushions, pillows, and fabric items that have been removed from protective packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Items that have been altered or modified from their original state
  • Design consultation services once consultation has been provided
  • Delivery and setup services once completed

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  • Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
  • Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to delays in processing. All returns must include the return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please do not write directly on the product packaging.

For large furniture items, we may arrange pickup at your location. Pickup fees may apply depending on your location and the size of the item being returned. Our team will provide specific cost information when you request your return authorization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. Understanding these guidelines will help you plan for any associated costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • For large furniture items, return pickup fees will be quoted based on your location
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for return shipments. Voglynarjroz is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt of the item. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your return has been approved or declined.

If the returned item does not meet our return criteria (for example, shows signs of use, is missing parts, or was not properly packaged), we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a restocking fee. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include having the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Refund amounts will reflect the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions

Please note that while we process refunds promptly upon approval, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the following guidelines:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The original item must meet all return eligibility criteria
  • Price differences between the original and new item will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchange shipments

For exchanges involving custom or special-order items, please allow additional time for production and delivery. Our team will provide estimated timelines when you request your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number and delivery date
  • Detailed description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the packaging if damage appears to be shipping-related

We take damaged and defective reports seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.

For custom or special-order items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. If cancellation is possible, a cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred. Our team will advise you of any applicable fees when you request cancellation.
